Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy
This policy applies to all consumer purchases made through the AvienTrix website. Different rights apply depending on your country of residence. Please review the section that applies to you.

1. FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION, UNITED KINGDOM, EEA & SWITZERLAND
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. In the case of an order for multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the last item.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;
the supply of sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery.

2. FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE UNITED STATES
Return Window
Customers residing in the United States may request a refund within thirty (30) days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted after the 30-day window are not eligible and will not be approved.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, including any applicable customs duties or fees.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
custom-made or personalized goods;
perishable goods;
sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons;
goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
sealed audio, video recordings, or computer software that have been unsealed after delivery.

3. CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS
For both EU and US customers: returned goods must be in a condition that allows us to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. You may be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
